Class Refund & Make-Up Policy

All class registrations are non-refundable. Your enrollment reserves a limited seat in a small studio setting, and tuition cannot be returned once a space has been held for you.

If you miss a class, you are welcome to make it up by attending another scheduled class, space permitting. Please contact the studio in advance to arrange a make-up date so we can be sure there is room for you.

Commissioned Works   Revision Policy

Because each portrait is a custom, original artwork is created specifically for you, commissioned paintings are non-refundable once work has begun.

While unusual clients receive one complimentary touch-up session after the portrait is completed to address minor adjustments such as color, details, or small refinements. Any additional revisions beyond this complimentary session will be billed at my standard hourly rate, plus any applicable travel expenses.

If on-site adjustments are requested, the client is responsible for travel time and costs, including mileage, parking, or other related fees. All additional work will be discussed and approved in advance so there are no surprises.

My goal is for every client to feel confident and happy with their portrait, and I work closely throughout the process to ensure the finished painting reflects your vision.
